Following the battle against the Iconian Starbase, the USS Tokyo sits in dry dock at Starbase 43 undergoing extensive repairs. With an estimated time of eight to ten weeks, the ship will remain out of service until the Starfleet Corps of Engineers can restore her to full operational status.

During this time, the crew are assigned to light duties, training, temporary assignments or well deserved shore leave aboard Starbase 43 until the Tokyo can return to service.
