Begin log

Personal log, stardate 97547.5, Well, the time has finally come. I have finished all the office work needed to transfer me back to active duty and reinstate my former rank. I was also given my assigent orders. I'll be heading out to the USS Tokyo the day after tomorrow, on an arrow class runabout that also ferrying a few other new replacements. Command has informed me that ill be getting my starfighter assignment upon arrival. Apparently, during the Tokyo's last time at a starbase, she was loaded with a few extra birds that were going to be transferred to their next destination. Starfighter Command told me to grab one of those, and they'd get a replacement flown out to the unit it was originally going to later.

I must admit, I am looking forward to being around fellow starfighter pilots again. If I ever work in an embassy again, it will be too soon!

lets out a short chuckle

It's been a while since I logged any Starfleet flight hours. I really hope that I don't embarrass myself.

Anyways! I've also finished putting Streela in charge of my company. I trust her to keep things moving forward for me to take over again in the future, once my career in Starfleet is completed.

Well, I should go get something to eat. It'll be the last time i have any decent Klingon food for a while.
